Lippert Components introduces new RV ramp door Party Deck

November 19, 2015

Elkhart, Ind. — Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI®) introduces its redesigned ramp door Party Deck for travel trailer RVs. The American-made steel Party Deck rail kit sets up in minutes, transforming the ramp door into an entertaining space in just a few simple steps.

“Our customers are loving this new design because it’s so much easier to set up and tear down,” says LCI Vice President of Sales Andy Murray. “You no longer have to bend down to latch or unlock pull pins. Instead, you just fold out the rails and snap them into place. Then unlock it just as effortlessly using our patent-pending foot-lock system to release the patio rails.”

Instead of attaching to the ramp door like the previous version, the redesigned Party Deck attaches to the ramp door hoop, taking unnecessary weight off the ramp door. The black powder-coated system is easy to fold and stow out of the way, leaving plenty of room for ATVs and motorcycles in the garage. The Party Deck features quick-release hinge pins so it can be removed with little effort. Optional accessories are also available including patio steps, trash receptacles and table tops that attach to the railing system.

“RVers love the Party Deck concept and their feedback helped us improve the design,” says Murray. “We made it easier to operate, store and remove; and developed add-on accessories to really complete the patio concept.”

LCI will showcase the Party Deck along with other new products at the RVIA National RV Trade Show on December 1-3, 2015, in Louisville, KY. Watch the Party Deck product video for more information; or manufacturers can email OEMSales@lci1.com and dealers can email aftermarketsales@lci1.com.
