Lippert Components promotes Storm Miller to Regional Operations Manager

Elkhart, Ind. — Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI^®) announces that Storm Miller has been promoted to Regional Operations Manager. Miller will work with LCI’s E-Coatings and Specialty Frames teams to develop talent and enrich existing lean, safety and leadership programs.

“Storm’s commitment to taking care of our employees and customers has been key to his success within our Company,” said LCI Vice President of Operations Chuck Bell. “In his new role as Regional Operations Manager, Storm will continue to build strong teams and improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction.”

Over more than 12 years with the Company, Miller has worked as a manager at several LCI manufacturing facilities across the U.S., and was named 2014 General Manager of the year for his dedication to building strong, high-performance teams. As Regional Operations Manager, he will work closely with management and employees at Plant 72 E-Coating Technologies in Elkhart and Specialty Frames facilities, Plant 46 in Howe and 59 in Elkhart, to identify manufacturing challenges and implement solutions to further improve efficiency, safety and product quality.

LCI Chief Executive Officer Jason Lippert said he believes Miller will continue to be successful in his team-building and leadership development initiatives because he embodies the core values of the Company.
