Lippert Components launches new, responsive website with more RV dealer resources and revamped customer service center

Elkhart, Ind. — Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI^®) announces that it has launched a sophisticated new website featuring more dealer and customer service resources and a better organized product catalog.

“Lippert Components has grown significantly over the past two years since we last
redesigned our website,” said Jarod Lippert, LCI Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations. “We’re now involved in several new industries and product categories, and have become more prominent in the RV aftermarket. This new website reflects who we are as an organization and represents where we’re going. It also will allow us to expand our online presence at the same rapid pace as we grow our business.”

The new website is easier to navigate and responsive to mobile digital devices. Updated website sections feature enhanced resources and functionality focused on the needs of LCI’s diverse customer base. It features an updated map where consumers can find LCI parts and accessories dealers. On the same page, unlisted dealers can submit a form to be featured on the map. Dealers can also access sales and marketing literature and videos from the website, and can visit the technical training calendar to sign up for LCI product seminars across the United States. The new product interface, organized by industry and category, and new customer service section makes it easier for customers to quickly and easily find product information and support documentation.
