Lippert Components launches Fast Ramp toy hauler door featuring patented Gorilla-Lift technology

Elkhart, Ind. — Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI^®) announced today it has entered into an agreement with Backsaver International, Inc., providing LCI the exclusive rights to manufacture, sell and distribute products featuring patented Gorilla-Lift^® technology to RV manufacturers.

“We are always on the lookout for excellent products and technology to improve our customers’ experience and complement our existing product lines,” said Andy Murray, LCI Vice President of Sales. “Gorilla-Lift has been a popular convenience accessory for trailers and we are incorporating this technology into our new Fast Ramp door so RV users won’t have to struggle with a heavy, cumbersome ramp door.”

The Gorilla-Lift’s proven two-sided lift-assist technology bears the Fast Ramp door weight so consumers don’t have to. The mechanism also prevents the bumper from being overly stressed. The Fast Ramp door stays at whatever level it is opened to and moves up and down at the slightest pressure, making it easy for one person to operate. It is e-coated for lasting durability, features a built-in water management system and integrates seamlessly with LCI’s Party Deck ramp door patio kit.
