Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI®) strengthens electronics division leadership to enhance customer support

Elkhart, Ind. — As part of its efforts to continue to adapt to market needs, Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI®) has announced the promotion of Chris Greer to Director of Technical Sales, Motorized and Zach Inbody to Technical Sales & Applications Team Manager, Towable for LCI’s electronics division, Innovative Design Solutions (IDS). Greer and Inbody will be responsible for electronics sales and applications within their respective markets.

“We recognize the needs of each of the Motorized and Towable markets are unique, and feel that this updated structure will allow us to laser focus on product and react to the needs of our customers better than ever before. Recreational Vehicle electronic controls are growing rapidly as our industry follows the trends sweeping automotive and residential applications. We feel we are in a unique position to deliver what the RV industry is looking for. We have a team of 13 engineers located in Detroit, alongside our world class manufacturing facility, dedicated to the needs of the RV market every day. This capability, along with a sales and application approach that are specific to each of the RV markets we serve, give us a unique advantage to be able to respond rapidly to the needs of a fast developing market,” said Andy Murray, LCI’s Vice President of Sales, RV Products.

Together, Greer and Inbody bring a combined 30 years of industry experience, 17 of which have been spent at LCI, devoted to building relationships and working directly with customers. “We’re excited to see the results we can generate for customers with our revised, more focused approach,” continued Murray.

IDS, a designer, developer and manufacturer for a wide variety of electronic RV applications, was acquired by LCI in 2014 and develops products such as Sway Command travel trailer tow control technology, Level-Up® towable RV leveling, and other innovative LCI electronic products.
