Enhanced myLCI® mobile app improves search functionality, content database
Elkhart, Ind. — Offering instant access to comprehensive LCI product- and service-related information, the myLCI® mobile app, created by Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI®), has been an efficient resource for more than 8,000 users since its original release. With its most recent software update, the app now features an improved search algorithm, providing users with a much larger keyword database including part number associations that allow easier access to LCI products and support documentation. Additionally, the app now provides users with more frequent content updates.
The app, available on the App Store for iphone users and on the Google play store for Android users, is free to download. myLCI allows all users, including LCI employees, dealers, distributors and consumers, a straightforward and efficient tool to find information needed to understand, install, operate and troubleshoot LCI’s extensive product lines.
