Heartland’s Elkridge the first towable to feature Lippert Component’s EuroLoft™ bed lift system

Elkhart, Ind. – Capitalizing on the unused airspace above the jackknife sofa in the rear slide-out of the all new fifth-wheel floor plan, Heartland’s Elkridge introduces the smooth-gliding, suspended EuroLoft^™ bed lift system, manufactured at Lippert Components’ Project 2000 division in Florence, Italy. In the stored position, the extra bunk is tucked out of the way against the ceiling, but when deployed, the EuroLoft offers another comfortable sleeping space for RV owners. The EuroLoft’s quick and quiet action takes only five seconds to drop into position and is immediately ready to use.

“The EuroLoft bunk option adds an all new element to the Elkridge, allowing one more family member to sleep comfortably with minimal effort,” says Joel Eberlein, Senior GM of the Elkridge product line at Heartland. “We’re excited to be the first towable platform to offer this product, which until now has been used exclusively by motorized RV manufacturers.”
