Lippert Components to showcase never-before-seen features on its new “OneControl” show coach at RVIA
Elkhart, Ind. — Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI®) is set to unveil its latest technological advances at the 2016 Recreational Vehicle Industry Association’s (RVIA) National RV Trade Show November 28-December 1 at the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, Kentucky. LCI’s “OneControl” coach will display the industry’s most advanced technologies, including Ground Control® TT, the first-ever one-touch leveling system for travel trailers, OneControl™, a mobile app that allows users the ability to control and monitor a nearly unlimited list of their RV’s accessories and operating systems, and the Smart Arm™, the latest innovation in LCI’s line of Solera Awnings. LCI invites all in attendance to come see these innovations at Booth No. 245 in the north Lobby. Representatives from LCI’s Sterling Heights, Michigan Electronics Division will be giving guided tours of the coach every 15 minutes, and will be giving away 7” digital tablets to the first 500 people that participate in the tours.
The centerpiece of the coach will be LCI’s OneControl App, controlling and monitoring everything on the coach including the HVAC system, lighting, slide-outs, awnings, bedlifts, leveling systems, generators, fireplaces and entertainment systems all from a smart phone. Adding to this exciting list of features, LCI will be debuting voice command recognition, security monitoring and cellular connectivity, a first for the industry.

LCI will feature several innovative products alongside the OneControl app on this coach including Ground Control TT, the first ever automatic leveling system designed specifically for travel trailers. Often a long and difficult process, especially on a travel trailer, Ground Control TT eliminates the need for manual jacks, chocks and wedges. With the push of a button, Ground Control TT automatic electric trailer jack levels and stabilizes the travel trailer in a matter of minutes and features the all-new Smart Jack that includes a battery indicator and hitch height memory.
LCI will also debut the Solera Smart Arm 12V Power Awning. This awning features a control panel that is nested in the awning arm, so the awning can be extended and retracted without going inside the coach. It also features an IR sensor that will arm the awning’s security lights when it senses heat or motion as well as a wind sensor that will automatically retract the awning in case of inclement weather.
