Taylor Made promotes Todd Vincent to Director of Engineering

October 03, 2018

Elkhart, Ind. — Taylor Made announces the promotion of Todd Vincent to Director of Engineering, Marine OEM for Taylor Made. Vincent was most recently Senior Engineering Account & Project Manager.

Vincent has been with the Taylor Made organization since 1996. In his new role, he will take over the responsibilities of directing all application projects and project managers using Taylor Made’s Value Stream Mapping program. All current Engineering Project Managers will report directly to Vincent, which includes Taylor Made plants in New York and Indiana.

With his vast knowledge of Taylor Made products, customers and the CAD design processes, Vincent will be responsible for the application design team in an effort to improve the Company’s customer response with new product startups. Vincent will also be one of the conduits, along with other experienced individuals in Lippert Components and Taylor Made divisions, as the merged Companies work to share product and improvement ideas throughout the entire organization.

“This change will help us work toward unifying our available product information and design processes though all project managers, which in turn, will allow our teams to become more efficient.” Said Mike Sturm, Vice President of Engineering at Taylor Made. “Todd is a proven asset to our company and to our customers. Together, we will work on improved processes of streamlining our New Product Development team into the application sector of our business.”

“I’m excited to work with the teams and help drive even better results within the New Product Development teams,” said Vincent. “I’m excited to see our growth continue and to see how far we can go together.”

“Todd has shown tremendous capacity to lead our teams, and we’re excited to see him begin this next phase in his journey with Taylor Made,” said Mike Oathout, Director of Sales, Marine for Taylor Made.
