Lippert Components promotes Jose Cruz Medina to General Manager

Elkhart, Ind. — Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI®) announces today that Jose Cruz Medina has been promoted to the role of General Manager. In his new role, Medina will lead the team at Plant 91 in Elkhart and will work to manage production efficiency and growth of LCI’s marine industry offerings.

Jose “Junior” Cruz Medina started with LCI in 2007 as a driver and was most recently an Assistant General Manager for the Company’s RV interiors. In his new role as the General Manager, Medina will be responsible for leading more than 400 team members to help achieve LCI’s strategic goals within the marine marketplace.

“Junior has impacted the lives of many families throughout his tenure here at LCI. From building relationships, to coaching inside and outside of work, to becoming a trusted advisor for many, he has demonstrated what caring about people truly means. His operational instincts and ability to build strong teams makes him a natural fit for the next step in his career,” said Mark Taylor, LCI’s Vice President of Operations.
